Kylie Minogue Video Shot on Canon DSLRs

This music video by Kylie Minogue was directed by Joseph Kahn and shot on Canon DSLRs (probably some combination of 5DMKII's and 7D's). It's interesting to see how the 5DMKII and 7D are entering the professional realm on even larger budget videos with major commercially established musicians. Though the natural question would be, why these cameras and not the Red? Unless money was an issue, was it merely an exercise in seeing if it could be done? It's not like shooting outdoors with a full crew and tons of extras requires any kind of small, lightweight, low -profile, or mobile camera package.

In any case, it's great to see what the camera is capable of.

Unfortunately the video in its entirety has embedding disabled on YouTube, so to see it you'll need to follow this link:

But here's a preview of the video. (Be warned that there's a lot of people in underwear, so it might not be safe for work.)
